60% English

60 %, Is the passing note really determining? Is it the end in itself?
Here is a speech of 7 minutes explaining my perception of what means the passing note...or Passing grade
I would like to have your comments; I like improving and comments are always welcome, even those whom you consider negative...Here I am at my first speech in English at toastmasters.
I will deliver more speech in English and I will improve it until I can be understood at first by any English speaking person. My goal is to teach and train around the world…so I will practice every week to attain proficiency.
