I'm an Executive Recruiter with Jeff Harris and Associates. I specialize in recruiting top level Senior Housing and Long Term Care candidates, partnering with clients to create dynamic management teams. In addition to "the recruiting of it all" I'm also a Certified Human Behavior Specialist, able to match personality and temperament within the leadership structure, creating strong placements all around. As a Workforce Retention Specialist, I teach companies how to reduce workplace turnover, resulting in increased productivity and profit. I currently reside in Greensboro, North Carolina with my "permanent husband", Ray, "beautiful daughter", Hannah, and a “pack of wild animals” – Dogs: Bella and Bandit and Cats: Samika and Genghis.
