Families and their struggles

We all have families. This is a family. I have a question to all. (A question from a C!!!) I know that many families now are hurting because of many things. I have noticed a couple of things: The lack of core values, discipline, responsibility and accountability. I would like to learn more about what you in this group have done with families. So I ask; What and how have you approached families with the help of the DISC information?
