University and college

Hello everybody!
My son just began his University life this fall. (University of Minnesota, Minneapolis) I would like to join the question asked before and start a discussion about: Has anyone brought the DISC or tried to bring it to a University? And what have the results been?

Permalink Reply by Robbin LaRue on October 13, 2009 at 8:16pm: Robert, I recently learned that Champlain College here in Vermont requires all their freshmen to complete a "personality assessment"...and then, based on the results, sit down and work out a contract of some sort with their roommate(s). I just heard about this the other day from a radio interview and have it on my list to call for more information. I will pass along what I find out unless you want to check with them directly...in which case I'd love to hear what you learn.; ▶ Reply to This

If you are not checking it out, and I hear from you before the end of the week, I will check it out and give the a call Monday the 19th. It would be really interesting to find out; why they use it, what made them start, what difference it have made both for students and faculty. So if you don't mind please share with me what you find out or let me know if you are not calling and I will find out and share with you.
