Doing, Designing and Delivering Successful Trainings

Know so many of us are out there holding trainings, and I would like to create a place where we could share best practices. If you have held or are going to hold a training any time in the next few months - please enter here.. how it went.. how you set it up, marketed it (or got a job to do it for a company) .., overall what you think went well.. what didn't etc..
